I am proud to be a queer artist making and sharing new work regularly from my studio in Washington Heights, New York City. I work in ink, watercolor, and leather. I host regular drawing sessions.
(he/they) I grew up in Chesapeake, Virginia and have been a New Yorker since 2003. I treasure collaboration and seek out storytellers who work together to create something bigger than we are individually. I gravitate towards live performance with music, especially opera, musicals, and theater for young audiences. I am firmly committed to advocating for safe, respectful, inclusive, diverse spaces where we can take creative risks together without harassment or abuse. I currently serve United Scenic Artists, Local 829 membership on the Respectful Workplace Committee, the Costume Designers United Best Practices Committee, and act as Chair for the Costume Exam Committee. I serve on the Board of Behind the Scenes Foundation. I am a member of the faculty of New York University’s Tisch Drama.
